Mad Cat Records is the home of myself,Martin Davies,plus The Mad Cat Rockers,a studio band at the moment which writes
and records driving 50's style rock n roll/country rock/jive/boogie woogie.
The Mad Cat Rockers first CD has been deleted to make way for an exciting 2009,which will feature download
releases only,aimed at the many dance /jive scenes around the world,especially the UK.
The first exciting new song of the year will be "Head Over Heels" which will be released at the end
of January 2009,as a paid download(just 75p sterling) with full details to be advertised in the UK's rock n roll magazines.
At least one or two tracks will be released every month this year in this way,so a full and busy year is planned!

e.p., released under the name "The Star Turns", influenced by The Kinks,Psychedelia,The Smiths,The Beatles!! Think

Theres no manifest or arty ideals.I believe that music should be fun
and bands/songwriters have the chance to get their music out to as many people as possible. Our music is made in my
home studio here in Manchester UK,and mixed and mastered to the highest standards.The Cd's are CDR's and there are free downloads for
each CD.You can stream and listen to the whole CD's ,so you know exactly what you are getting! . Have fun,Martin.
